We've had another beautiful, mild day today, so we have busied ourselves collecting leaves and putting them into our leaf mould cage this afternoon. Ella pottered around the garden on an adventure to "the big wide world", complete with rucksack and sun glasses..

Granddad gnomie took the other gnomies and (possibly naively)the Sly Old Fox on a day trip to feed the ducks.
Tom woke up mid afternoon for half an hour, then went back to sleep again. Here he is mid-yawn. It's a hard life being 8 weeks old...

Thought I'd be the first to leave you a comment! Those gnomes are lovely... if only I didn't have so many Christmas pressies to make...!
Hello Ella
We hope you enjoyed your adventure in the 'big wide world'. Did you take Cottontail and Squeaky with you, for company?
Hi Tom
Have you been awake long enough to try on your new hat yet? Does it fit?
Lots of love

Hi Lynne,
What lovely photos - looks like you guys are having lots of fun in this cold weather.
Tell Ella that 'our' cheeky squirrel comes right up to our patio doors now - how naughty is that!!!

Tried to leave a comment last week but failed miserably - Steve had to show me what to do!!
It's lovely to hear all about Ella and Tom - we really miss them when we're not able to see them for a while.
Melissa loves to read about Ella's fun days.
She's had a busy time too - theatre trips and outdoor fun with her friends.
She's eagerly looking out for her post - Nature Detectives here we come...
Love Caroline, Steve and 'Nemissa'. xx
